Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
  Department: Family Medicine
  Description: Seeing patients in the office 4-5 work days a week during normal office hours. This will involve rotating Saturday office hours among the clinicians. This is a broad spectrum rural family practice that serves all ages and conditions. Night and weekend call to be shared among the clinicians. A phone triage system is in place for night and weekend call. Completing charting and required paperwork in a timely manner. Family Medicine uses Allscripts electronic medical records. Participate in the development/review of office policies and supporting the office manager in their duties.
  Requirements: Graduate of Accredited School offering an Advanced Degree in Nurse Practice (ARNP). Board certification in specialty (if newly graduated from residency, must be obtained within 3 years of graduation) must be kept current. Unrestricted license to practice within Texas. Current DEA certificate without restriction.
